The Attorney General petitioned for J.M.B.'s commitment under New Jersey's Sexually Violent Predator Act (SVPA or Act), N.J.S.A. 30:4-27.24 to -27.38, which defines a "sexually violent predator" as a person who has been "convicted, adjudicated...
