A jury found Chen guilty of attempted murder, and she was sentenced to a ten-year term of incarceration, which is subject to a parole-ineligibility term of eight-and-one-half years and a five-year term of parole under the No Early Release Act, N.J.S.A. 2C:43-7.2.1...
