ORDER

The defendant, Richard Davis, appeals his convictions for witness tampering and solicitation of witness tampering. He argues that the Trial Court (Temple, J.) erred "in giving a jury instruction, and in restricting defense closing argument, so as to prevent the jury from inferring, from the mid-trial dismissal of two charges for insufficient evidence, lessons about the legal definition of witness tampering." We affirm.
