Following a jury trial in Superior Court (Abramson, J.), the defendant, Oscar Grande, was convicted of armed robbery. See RSA 636:1 (2007). On appeal, he argues that his trial counsel was ineffective by failing to contest the admission of evidence concerning an uncharged robbery. We affirm.
