The defendant, Bradford Dalton, was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) — third offense following a bench trial in the 2d Circuit Court — Lebanon District Division (Cirone, J.). See RSA 265-A:2 (Supp.2012) (amended 2012). On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. We affirm.
