The defendant, Samuel Biondolillo, appeals his conviction, following a bench trial in the 6th Circuit Court — Concord District Division (Spath, J.), of disorderly conduct, see RSA 644:2, II(e) (2007). He argues: (1) that his conviction violates his constitutional right to free speech; (2) that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction; and (3) that, for several reasons, the trial court committed plain error.
