The defendant, Jonathan Ball, appeals his conviction, following a bench trial upon stipulated facts, on one felony count of possessing child sexual abuse images (child pornography). See RSA 649-A:3, I(a) (Supp.2011). On appeal, he argues that the Superior Court (Smukler, J.) erred when it denied his motion to suppress evidence derived from the search of his home computer. We affirm.
