After a jury trial, the defendant, Joseph Bakunczyk, was convicted of two counts of felonious sexual assault. See RSA 632-A:3, III (2007 & Supp.2011). On appeal he contends that the Superior Court (Nicolosi, J.) erred in denying his motion to dismiss one of the charges for insufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
