This is an interlocutory appeal from the ruling of the Superior Court (Abramson, J.) denying defendant Empire Automotive Group, Inc.'s motion to dismiss two indictments charging it with felony violations of the New Hampshire Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We affirm and remand.
