The plaintiff, Yvette Bouffard, appeals the Trial Court's (Smukler, J.) denial of her request for a declaratory judgment that she is entitled to uninsured motorist (UM) coverage under her umbrella insurance policy issued by the defendant, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (insurer). The insurer cross-appeals, alleging that the Trial Court (Conboy, J.) erred in denying its earlier motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
