After a jury trial in Superior Court (Brown, J.), the defendant, Luis Lopez, was convicted of one count of felony endangering the welfare of a child, see RSA 639:3, III (2007), and seven misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, see RSA 639:3, I (2007).
