The defendant, Jerome Thompson, appeals his conviction by a jury of one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault. See RSA 632-A:2, II (2007). On appeal, he argues that the Superior Court (Sullivan, J.) erred by denying his motion to dismiss based upon the weight of the evidence and by admitting certain hearsay evidence.
