The petitioner, Roy W. Brooks, appeals a decision of the appeal tribunal (tribunal), as affirmed by the appellate board, of the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security (DES) finding him ineligible for unemployment benefits because he was discharged for misconduct connected with his work. See RSA 282-A:32, I(b) (2010). We affirm.
