The defendant, Gerald Nelson, appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Nadeau, J.) denying his motion to dismiss his indictment for failure to comply with the time limits imposed by the Interstate Agreement on Detainers. See RSA 606-A:1 (2001). We affirm.
