The defendant, Graham Gibson, appeals an order issued by the Superior Court (Mohl, J.) requiring him to pay restitution. We reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand.

The record on appeal reveals the following. The defendant was originally charged with ninety-seven counts of felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:3, or aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, involving his two daughters, M.G. and K.G. All but eight counts were dismissed...
