In re OPINION OF the JUSTICES (ELIMINATING REQUIREMENT FOR ADDITIONAL BREATH TEST SAMPLES).

"Whereas, HB 1146 eliminates the requirement that samples of breath of a DWI suspect be sufficient to allow an additional test for each breath sample taken and...
