DUGGAN, J.

The defendant, Jay Neeper, was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault, see RSA 632-A:2 (2007), following a jury trial in the Superior Court (Brown, J.). On appeal, he argues that the trial court erroneously denied his motions for a mistrial. We affirm.
