The defendant, the Town of Alexandria (Town), appeals an order of the Superior Court (Vaughan, J.) denying its motion for attorney's fees. The plaintiffs, Roger and Judith Bedard, cross-appeal the court's denial of their motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
