The respondent, Joseph E. Stapleton (husband), appeals an order recommended by a Marital Master (Love, M.) and approved by the Superior Court (Nicolosi, J.) that awarded the petitioner, Deborah A. Stapleton (wife), forty-five percent of the husband's pension as of the date the divorce petition was filed. We affirm.
