DALIANIS, J.

The defendant, Jose Hernandez, appeals his conviction by a jury of one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault. See RSA 632-A:2, I(l) (2007). He contends that the Superior Court (Lynn, C.J.) erroneously instructed the jury that the police may deceive a suspect during questioning and impermissibly allowed a detective to testify while wearing a ski mask. We affirm.
