The defendant, Sean Miller, appeals his conviction of one count of theft by unauthorized taking, following a bench trial. See RSA 637:3 (2007). On appeal, he contends that the Trial Court (Nadeau, J) erred by denying his motion to suppress statements he made to the Deerfield police. We reverse and remand.
