The respondent, Daniel R. Guy, appeals the final decree in his divorce from the petitioner, Joni Guy, which a Marital Master (Forrest, M.) recommended and the Superior Court (Groff, J.) approved. The respondent argues that the trial court erred when it granted the petitioner a fault-based divorce.
