The plaintiff, Hair Excitement, Inc. (Hair Excitement), appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court (Houran, J.) rejecting its claim that the defendant violated the Consumer Protection Act, RSA chapter 358-A (1995 & Supp.2008). The defendant, L'Oreal U.S.A., Inc., (L'Oreal) cross-appeals. We affirm.
