The petitioner, Robert Belair (claimant), appeals a decision of the New Hampshire Compensation Appeals Board (board) dismissing his claims against the respondents, Franklin Savings Bank and its insurer, AIG Claims Services, Inc., as barred by the statute of limitations. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.
