I. INTRODUCTION

Daniel Carlson appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) entered by the Sarpy County Court and affirmed by the district court. He contends that the county court erroneously overruled his motion to suppress and improperly admitted four exhibits into evidence.
