Husband and wife, Bruce E. Wiles and Annette Wiles, the appellants, filed a complaint in the district court for Cass County against Wiles Bros., Inc. (WBI), and Bruce's brother Marvin C. Wiles, the appellees, seeking the judicial dissolution of WBI. Bruce and Annette founded their complaint on Neb.Rev.Stat. § 21-20,162(2)(a) (Reissue 2012), which authorizes a shareholder to bring a proceeding to dissolve a corporation...
