On April 4, 2012, the child, Rylee S., was adjudicated under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-247(3)(a) (Reissue 2008). As part of the adjudication, on May 16, appellant, Lisa S., Rylee's mother, was ordered by the juvenile court to complete a pretreatment assessment and to sign releases of information to allow the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) an opportunity to access information from her therapist and treatment...
