NATURE OF CASE

In these three consolidated appeals, Rebecca M. Bree challenges the district court for Platte County's affirmances of orders of the county court for Platte County in which the county court rejected her requests to have credit for time served applied against her sentences. Because the county court erred when it rejected Bree's requests to grant credit, the district court erred when it affirmed these rulings. We vacate the sentences...
