Intervenor-appellant, 3RP Operating, Inc., filed a claim with the receiver for payment of operating expenses of an oil well. The receiver denied 3RP Operating's claim. 3RP Operating intervened in the pending action in which the receiver had been appointed. Thereafter, the receiver filed a motion for summary judgment.
