I. INTRODUCTION

Juneal Dale Pratt appeals the decision of the Douglas County District Court denying his second motion for DNA testing.

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

In 1975, Pratt was convicted by a jury of sodomy, rape, and two counts of robbery and was sentenced to terms of incarceration on each of the convictions. These convictions and sentences were affirmed on direct appeal in State v. Pratt,
