Blunk, Berkshire and Blunk, and Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP (collectively defendants) and dismissed the complaint filed by Bryan S. Behrens; Bryan Behrens Co., Inc.; National Investments, Inc.; and Thomas Stalnaker (collectively plaintiffs), who filed this appeal.
