Archer Cooperative Credit Union (Archer) appeals from the decision of the district court holding that its liens on a piece of real property were foreclosed by the issuance of a treasurer's tax deed under Neb. Rev.Stat. § 77-1837 (Reissue 2009). Archer asks us to interpret the statutes allowing for tax sales in a manner that would make Neb.Rev.Stat. § 77-1902 (Reissue 2009) the only avenue by which title to property sold...
