INTRODUCTION

Richard D. appeals from the order of the separate juvenile court of Douglas County which terminated his parental rights to his minor children. Richard's guardian ad litem (GAL), Jeffrey A. Wagner, has cross-appealed. Our de novo review finds that there was sufficient evidence to support the juvenile court's finding that grounds existed to terminate Richard's parental rights and that such was in the children's best interests.
