NATURE OF CASE

In this inverse condemnation proceeding, the district court for Dixon County entered judgment on a jury verdict in favor of Richard L. Armstrong and Cynthia A. Armstrong and against the County of Dixon for $4,049 and awarded the Armstrongs attorney fees in the amount of $5,600.
