The State filed a petition pursuant to the Developmental Disabilities Court-Ordered Custody Act (DDCCA), Neb.Rev. Stat. § 71-1101 et seq. (Reissue 2009), in which the State alleged that C.R. is a person with a developmental disability who poses a threat of harm to others and is in need of court-ordered custody and treatment.
