I. INTRODUCTION

Russell Summerville appeals his convictions and sentences on counts of first degree sexual assault of a child, second offense, and third degree sexual assault of a child. On appeal, Summerville challenges the district court's admission of evidence, the court's denial of two motions for new trial, and the sentences imposed by the court.
