NATURE OF CASE

The Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges (Board) appeals the decision of the Commission of Industrial Relations (CIR), which affirmed the Special Master's ruling implementing the final offer of the State College Education Association (SCEA) for salary increases for the 2009-11 biennium. We affirm the decision of the CIR.
