INTRODUCTION

After the district court instructed the jury in this criminal case, the jury requested a dictionary definition of "terroristic threat." Instead, the court provided a supplemental instruction which amended the original instruction on the elements of terroristic threats to add that it could also be committed "in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror."
