Following a fatal motor vehicle accident, Herchel Harold Huff was charged with four criminal offenses, including manslaughter and motor vehicle homicide. After pleading guilty to manslaughter, Huff filed a plea in bar alleging that his continued prosecution on the motor vehicle homicide charge would constitute double jeopardy.
