This appeal presents legal issues decided in Allen v. Immanuel Med. Ctr.1 Applying the principles of that case, we conclude that the workers' compensation award which is the subject of this appeal was not dormant when garnishment proceedings were commenced. We therefore reverse, and remand for further proceedings.
