The office of the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court filed formal charges against respondent, Phillip G. Wright. Following a hearing, the referee concluded that Wright had violated various provisions of the Nebraska Code of Professional Responsibility and of the Nebraska Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as Neb.Rev.Stat. § 7-104 (Reissue 2007).
