Kenneth Ross Metcalf and Rita Jo Metcalf were divorced in 1999. Kenneth appeals from an order of the district court for Lancaster County which dismissed his complaint to modify the alimony award found in the decree of dissolution. Because we find no abuse of discretion by the district court, we affirm. Pursuant to this court's authority under Neb. Ct.
