INTRODUCTION

David E. Lawson contends that the Cass County District Court erred in denying his motion for enforcement of visitation and application for contempt against his exwife, Brenda Lawson, for allegedly interfering with his visitation rights. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm as modified, and remand the cause with directions.
