[¶ 1] John and Lori Finstad appeal from a judgment awarding them $53,000.99 in damages and interest in their action against Ransom-Sargent Water Users, Inc., now known as Southeast Water Users District ("District"), for breach of the lease-back provisions of an option agreement between the parties.
