[¶ 1] The Supreme Court has before it a Stipulation, Consent to Discipline, and Recommendations by the Hearing Panel of the Disciplinary Board recommending Alan M. McDonagh be suspended from the practice of law for three years, pay restitution in the amount of $8,000.00, and pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
