[¶ 1] Dale Gress appealed from a district court order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. In State v. Gress, 2011 ND 193, 803 N.W.2d 607, we held we could not properly review the court's order because the court failed to provide any explanation for its decision, and we remanded for an explanation of the basis for the court's decision.
