[¶ 1] David Vanderscoff appeals from a district court order denying his motion for reconsideration of the court's order awarding Elaine Vanderscoff $88,113 in attorney's fees and costs. We conclude the district court abused its discretion in denying David Vanderscoff's motion for reconsideration. We affirm the court's order awarding Elaine Vanderscoff attorney's fees and costs for her motion for a money judgment, and we reverse the court's order...
