[¶ 1] T.O. appealed from the district court's order denying his petition for discharge from commitment as a sexually dangerous individual. The district court concluded T.O. remains a sexually dangerous individual. On appeal, T.O. argues the State did not prove by clear and convincing evidence that he is likely to engage in further acts of sexually predatory conduct.
