[¶ 1] James P. Vann appeals from a district court's order denying his motion to vacate the divorce judgment and a district court's order denying his motion to amend the pleadings and for a new trial. We affirm, holding the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying James Vann's request to vacate the divorce judgment, did not err in denying James Vann's alternative motion to enforce the property settlement agreement, and did not abuse...
