SANDSTROM, Justice.

[¶ 1] G.R.H. appeals a district court order denying his petition for discharge from commitment as a sexually dangerous individual. We affirm the order.

[¶ 2] In 2004, G.R.H. was civilly committed as a sexually dangerous individual, and we affirmed the district court's commitment order. Matter of G.R.H., 2006 ND 56, ¶ 1, 711 N.W.2d 587
